Motorola CPCAP PMIC LEDs

   * "motorola,cpcap-led-blue"		(Blue Triode)
   * "motorola,cpcap-led-cf"		(Camera Flash)
   * "motorola,cpcap-led-bt"		(Bluetooth)
   * "motorola,cpcap-led-cp"		(Camera Privacy LED)
