* Amlogic Secure Monitor

In the Amlogic SoCs the Secure Monitor code is used to provide access to the
NVMEM, enable JTAG, set USB boot, etc...

Required properties for the secure monitor node:
- compatible: Should be "amlogic,meson-gxbb-sm"
