intoncpu.d \- print interrput on-cpu usage. Uses DTrace.

.SH DESCRIPTION
This prints a distribution of the on-cpu time for interrput threads.

Since this uses DTrace, only the root user or users with the
dtrace_kernel privilege can run this command.
